So he said no R/S...I've been wondering about that.
However, there are times to do so with accomplishing an uplist to the Naz. I'm not at all experienced with but 3 of my stocks who did a R/S, but 1 of them did it to get on the Naz and they did a 1 for 5 at a buck, starting them at 5.00, closed that day at 4.50, then shot up to 22 in a few months.
Another did a 1 for 20 at .0007 taking it to .014, last Fri closed at .0223
Not always a bad thing is my point, yet not very knowledgeable on all the ins and outs.
Personally, a 1 for 5 at 1.00 suits me just fine, for a Naz listing to gain the exposure.
Just throwing this out for discussion/input.
I'm all in no matter what they do.
