It was completely expected for the loser of the case to appeal.. which is what PR is doing. The important thing is that DRL won by a landslide. PR has got nothing and they'll continue to have nothing for the appeal - the judge made this clear.
It will affect the run as far as people fail to understand this. The float is small so if there is enough volume we can just leave the profit takers in the dust.
I do expect a spike and I'm hoping to sell near the top before the drop and reload if it's extreme
