IMO, too early to call. General markets are a factor as are any news events.
For now the answer is maybe, with the down trend still intact.

The black adx line is ruling the chart along with the 10 day ma maintaining resistance.
Bottom is not confirmed until those situations change. Anything sustained is going to require more volume IMO not more declining volume. No point in talking about other indicators right now. Right now we are testing the 200 day on the weekly chart. If that breaks down, then 1.50 area is possible. 1.92 needs to hold. Good Luck
