Spot on... IMO, the drama with this one started when it was stated in this PR I believe, that they expected to complete things in 120 days.

Any speculations on what the new company's market valuation could be once the possible $6 million plus revenues come aboard? The company who is using our 3D tech is currently valued $80 million with no current revenues!!!
