I am sure. The sec is so not worried about ASYI and a deadline for delisting. The market is already safe from their perspective since ASYI is in the grey sheet grave yard TEMPORARILY until delisting. I don't know what anyone is celebrating about. ASYI trades no volume because it is in fact long dead already
