No filing yesterday. Mmxt has disappointed us all, and missed an important opportunity. I therefore agree with you post, especially when you point out that: "The issue of silence by Kevin is no longer acceptable!"

At this stage the damage can be limited by "filing ... prior to the "E" being added", to quote your words.

Apart from that, it is certainly time that Kevin made a clear policy statement.
