Form 3 is usually the initial ownership for an insider or a BOD member, or somebody on the management team...

He can still dump all his shares if he's in for a quick cash, or if his plans aren't met in the future....

The most difficult task if Gunther wants to have a piece of that company and make it run again will be to reorganize the enormous debt...
