A processor sale has been expected "any day" for nearly a year. None has been forthcoming. Stock is coming off restriction, and the people who own it are selling. Probably at a loss, but with a sigh of relief.

All this volume makes no sense. There has been no news that would cause this to happen and with a sales announcment expected any day now this appears to be suspecious. I suspect that shorts (naked shorts) realize too that news of sales could be released any day now. This appears orchestrated.

How is it when there is a sudden rise in PPS it is 'somebody must know something' ?

Yet with the same heavy volume and downward price it is 'suspicious' and ' no news that would cause this to happen ' ?
