IMO SIRG needs $8.45 M to start producing. The balance $4.55 M
could eventually be used for unforseen events.

Insufficient Project Funding:
"Subject to Red Rock Assets having been assigned all Chloride Copper Mine Security, the project due diligence being completed and being satisfactory, and receipt of the minimum of 65% of project funding requirement (US$8,450,000), funding of the Chloride Copper Mine project will commence. The loan offer will continue for the balance (US$4,550,000) over a maximum of 6 to 9 months, and these funds will be available for advance to Chloride Copper Mine project. Although achieving 65% funding, enabling the project to commence, suggests that the balance will also be funded, additional funding cannot be guaranteed, and a lack of sufficient loan funds would negatively impact project viability."
