Are you implying the insiders repriced warrants to $0.17 and are now taking advantage by selling? Interesting how you would know it is insiders.

I won't be paying anything for ITKG.

According to you the company will be financially self-sustaining in 10-11 weeks, by Jan 1, 2015. joe, I say no way!

And finally ITKG will be trading on NASDAQ sometime in 2015. joe, I say no way!

The author of the Integral Technologies Seeking Alpha articles reports ITKG will be self-sustaining by January 1, 2015! Less than $4,000 in ElectriPlast sales last quarter! Caveat Emptor!

joe, I haven't seen any evidence to support your statement of ITKG's operations becoming self-sustaining by Jan. 1. Will the next 10Q support the statement? It appears with the O/S increasing the company is still relying on selling shares and not sales of ElectriPlast.

joe, as I post this the 2nd Quarter 10Q has yet to be filed, but my unique ITKG insight from October 2014 WILL be validated. joe, I still stand by my contradiction to your statements of "ITKG being financially self-sustaining by Jan. 1, 2015 and guaranteeing ITKG will be uplisting in 2015.

Well it's now over year since these ITKG predictions were made. None have transpired. Nor will they ever transpire. "The Emperor's New Clothes" were made with ElectriPlast! That you can take to the bank!
