Sorry for my typo about EAFN's number of common shares! You are right: EAFN's float should be 845M (not 850M) shares. Thus all the individual shareholders together should own total 330,254,801 shares float only!

Anyway the OS you quoted (1.49B shares) may not be correct since the OTCMarkets.com shows only 1,324,745,199 shares OS as of Jun 09, 2014 (see the link below)!

Therefore the restricted shares are 149,490,398 shares now, not 324,727,308 shares anymore!
