It's all good - Nothing has changed, and nothing new has been revealed here that should change anyone's position on this stock. It's been less than 2 weeks since major announcements were made regarding a confident direction the board is taking regarding the pursuit of infringers. Even if the letters went out that day, which I seriously doubt, we are still in early stages of companies doing their own DD, positioning, consulting with counsel, etc. There's no chance whatsoever that we would have heard any results from any of that yet. Meanwhile, it's human nature to get nervous when there's nothing to do but sit tight and wait. Not easy for any of us.
The patents are real. At least one has been challenged by the best of the best. We have a team of professionals with deep and proven history out there promoting this company to actual identified potential buyers...the talk about 10 years is nonsense. You can't be out there selling what you don't have, until you have it. This company has only HAD something in hand, to sell for less than a year. Not a lot of time at all.
It's just a quiet Friday...nothing more.
