YESTERDAY,,attorney-apprval-for-PR???…how-sketchy-is-it???…should-be-done by now….


good attorneys cost $400/hr,,,,this is a PR, something the STELLAR management at INCC should be able to publish WITHOUT an attorney wasting company money on…….

expect another dooooozzyy………or nothing at all……

IMO…"attorney approval" is CODE for "keep the shareholders attention or they will dump shares"
