Makes good sense to me EF, never looked at the pblm that way. The greatest "swordsman" of his generation knew how to accomplish his conquests. You have lit the bulb.

Three reasons why not to list...

Compliance compliance and compliance.

To stay compliant with the SEC is no easy task and can be expensive.

PP would rather pocket the cash.

The chose to be revoked so now who cares what the shareholders think.

It amazes me how so many don't get it. They are NOT going to re-list.

Well there is one. He used shareholder money to acquire leases and then he let the stock get delisted. Now he can just sit back and collect the fruits without having to consider public stakeholders.

And yes, shareholders still technically own part of SIOR as 'private' shareholders but does anyone really think that they are going to receive dividends or profit sharing via the private channel?

Without a forceful hand pushing him to re-list, I can see him being quite content with the status quo. I mean really, all one has to do is look at the history of his public companies to see what kind of guy you are dealing with.

Stop waiting for him to do the right thing on his own. If you don't, it will be a forever wait with lots of broken promises. I could go back and check once again how many times since 2010 or 11 that they said they were going to release audited financial but I don't have the time. But needless to say, you'll need all your fingers and then some to do the counting.
