Welcome back. We need a balanced group here. Need your input also. As for the filing, how disgraceful. Kevin really needs to show some true colors as the new leader. So far, the wheels keep spinning, going nowhere fast. Really had more faith in our new leader. Not much hope, hey?

You cant be serious, its not like the records suddenly disappeared, besides, this is a VERY SMALL COMPANY, it can easily be run on Quickbooks or Peachtree which in turn would spit out pretty much everything needed with a few clicks of the mouse, come on now, really!, Clement is supposed to be a CPA, if he cant consolodate the books of a company with very little sales, very little revenue, and only a couple of employees, in 4 months time, you really have to question the competence of the guy!

Do you still stand by this statement you made on Monday?

"The filing is not ready yet, I was told about an hour ago. I was also told that perhaps it would be as early as Tuesday but no later than this week. The key reason that I am understanding is the departure of the CFO at a key point in the audit. The companies that miss today will be put on the "E" list within 3 to 5 days however the earlier in the week that this filing can be made the greater the chance of avoiding the "E" and/or "E" list. If we do receive an "E" it will immediately be removed within 24 hours of the filing. I believe a de-listing is highly im-probable if not impossible."
