I am not sure why people are beating them up on this. Technical glitches happen. This is probably out of their control. I am not going to hold this against them. People should blame Amazon, not them. Prime will happen, if not this week, then next week. What I may get upset about is if we lose all our product reviews, but again this will not be their fault.
