Once again you use a public forum to throw insults. Why weren't you concerned enough to contact Glenn personally and voice your feelings of what went down? Did you forget he is willing to speak to the shareholders. I would certainly have reached out to him if I was so distraught and in fear of my investment. Maybe you just didn't think about it. Feel free to send him an e-mail and include your tel#, I know he would really like to talk with you. I'll give him a call tomorrow to see if you followed through.

Last weekend was an extension of the beta testing, in my own words. We were asked to provide any information we could glean that would help clean up bugs or complaints on the website. Extra effort was made to make sure we had the email address of the tech support people so we could help...Fergus put it in the Ibox. This "soft release" was never expected to be the final product, already perfected.

This has been discussed on the board for days before, I'm sorry you missed it. The repercussions the week after were well intended. I hope they also went thru proper channels, besides making us all aware of complaints on the board.
