I agree and imo this is not needed and no matter how they try to disguise it, calling people is solictation.
It sort of reminds me of around election time when a candidate goes on tv, and states why people should vote for him.
Many times at the conclusion, to make himself sound politically correct and like a true American, he will say or it will read on tv, something akin to "No matter who you intend to vote for, please vote." What they don't say of course, is "please vote as long as it is for me." lol
