I live in Illinois. I can tell you the democrats have destroyed a state that was a financially healthy state centered on agriculture and good paying jobs. The jobs left the state to other states or countries because of the increasing cost and risk of doing business in Illinois. Illinois became an economical disaster cause of taxes and unreasonable union demands. Also, with becoming a safe haven for illegal immigrants and welfare recipients, aka Southern California, the state became vulnerable where payroll, sales and property tax went thru the roof. Crimes (aka Chicago murders) is gaining as the governments number 1 and only jobs program. This is a picture of democrat social agenda failure and what you can expect if some sanity doesn't surface soon. You can not socialize the 2 billion plus and growing human population on the backs of few hard working folks.
