i was approaching it from the standpoint that when i spoke with rush hq they told me ~1 week till they put out some hard numbers for trucks and orders. that never materialized.

now either whoever i spoke with did not know what they were talking about - which is bad. or they were just blowing smoke - which is bad.

i decided to sit back and watch for a while. if things start to move again and more substantive pr's materialize, i will get back in. i have no problem buying back in at a higher price if i think things are going well.

anyone who refrains from buying back into a stock just because they previously sold at a lower price is just hurting themselves - imo.
