You are Correct IMO. The company didn't want to Inundate the Shareholders by possibly releasing all re-stated reports.
I would expect that they had all reports done and are releasing them systematically in order. First the Q3 Sept report and then the 10 K Annual report and next will be the Third and final one they promised to Voluntarily restate and thats the March Q1 2014 report.
Obviously they have to get the Q2 June ending report out as well and I believe that will be done accurately now as well.
Next they need to get further positive updates out to us on various things I mentioned in my letter to them recently and today as well.
Everything is happening in order and what the most important thing is the Current present moment progress they are making and not begrudge the past reports.
