I think it shows how little shares the company has left before they are forced to raise the a/s again.
Considering the company has over $8,000,000 ( EIGHT MILLION DOLLARS) in liabilities listed on their financials as of the last reporting, and the fact that the company often uses shares to pay debts...that's concerning..
Does abbreviating heee-uuuge O/S's numbers and small caps make the float seem smaller than it really is? I'd say that number jumped just a tad recently, as we recently discussed....darnit!
