Actually it is someone dumping shares at .0001 bid probably due to the likelihood of imminent sec suspension for 2 years of failure to file mandatory reports. No one "knows anything" because this shell is long abandoned. The basic administrative fees are not even paid to keep it active and make it a viable merger. LUSI WAS a play stock. It's days are numbered now.
