The meeting is on a weekend, the market isn't open therefore no insider knowledge trades, a PR would need to be released shortly after but definitely before the market opens Monday.

What is the difference between a AGM and a CC.. Relevant info is disclosed in CC's.. Every shareholder or potential shareholder was invited to attend.. And the info from the meeting will be made public before the bell on Monday..

A shareholder meeting is considered a "public event" of information sharing. Therefore it is allowed to release news.
