If DeClara can get rid of us shareholders don't you think it would benefit HIM. He would own everything including all PAT's CVM has. So, even you admit CVM has at least one lienholder. Look I want CVM to get muiltkine approved. I have been a shareholder since '97 and hold more than a little bit.
