Social injustices aside, as to, "...News good enough...", it's all subjective.
When a trade takes place at the Bid, it is considered a (forced) Sell, since the Seller's price was not met, whereas a Buy is at the Ask. Occasionally there is debate as to whether a trade is a Buy or Sell. My theory is that some of those trades go off at .0000# which only show on L3.
