"As the September 29, 2014 Operational Update suggested, DSS is poised for a significant rebound once investors give proper credit to the progress being made on the commercial side of the business, the strength of its non-software patent disputes, and growing IP licensing opportunities."

As if we didn't already know that ;-)

I just don't understand why the share price has tanked so bad. My fear is that it will continue to the tank until it hit the bottom and then sit there until we get a coupon decision. Once we get the coupon decision yes there may be some upside to the stock price in the short-term but what about cash for the company. On the flipside, if the coupon decision is it exactly what shareholders want, I would expect a major selloff.I don't think the selloff would be justified but that is just the market.?

First off, appreciate your taking the time for the CC. I was a little dismayed by some of the COO reactions to your questions and suggestions. Whether DSS disregards all of the share holder concerns or not, the market has spoken, they will either adjust or continue the downward spiral.

My position is not nearly as large as some, yet I am hesitant to add more as I have been trying to find the bottom since Feb.

At a minimum in my opinion the 7 million share retirement and the UK driver license deal shouldve been PR'd.

DSS appears to be unique in that it has great potential with management standing in the way.

Ive heard some talk about S/P manipulation if it is happening I do not think the insiders at DSS are involved, otherwise they would be snapping up every available share ahead of the Coupons decision.
