Gert is not a "lien holder"..he is the CEO of the company and kinda has an interest in its' operations...he owns shares (a lot) and does not have "liens" on any property...
..and why the talk of "lien holders taking over the patents"???
It is an ongoing study and nothing has been shown to say it is not going as planned....
Not going as fast as some would hope is a totally different and I will repeat...the end result is not expected for ANOTHER TWO YEARS
Beliefs do not become fact just because you repeat them....
CVM and its goals are the same as they were months ago...and fabrications here will not change that...
I'm not against shorts opinion---all have value... But, I personally don't recall any financing that had DIP rights associated with it? Maybe Foxwoods man could clear that up like he did TEVA stake?
I don't believe that notion one bit....if i work backwards I say "what would Gert do without his paycheck?"
