Well, we have SHs said to be standing 100% behinder Reid. Then it's implied he is leaking insider info to a few, or one, in violation of fair disclosure.

A strange way of showing support to their CEO, by trying to get him into trouble (again) with the SEC.

Then again, if it's all KMAGinary, it's no problem.
