IMO it is a mutually beneficial Business arrangement that will satisfy the shareholders of Sarissa if the expectations and goals outlined by the Company are achieved.
Dan, as a Shareholder, Businessman and now as President, provided an opportunity to the Company that encompasses not only Financial resources but also a Business Plan, Vision and Energy.
