The issue regarding F & F is Rule of Law. This country was founded on Rule of Law eg right to own property. If there is a breakdown in Rule of Law such that it doesn't exist anymore then you will have chaos and disorder, a breakdown of society as we know it. If that happens then the ones in charge have more to lose than the rest of us.
