Great point Dr Harley...if eric's into his 2nd round funders deep and they can't liquidate their holdings because there's no liquidity in the market and no bid...then their only recourse to recoup whatever funding monies eric's into them for now is to tell eric to reverse split again or take this WNBD shell into receivership!
