That is what was posted on PACER. I have no idea what happened to the dismissal hearing which was to precede the CMC.

However, here's an excerpt from Tercica's CMC brief:

""Insmed has filed a motion to dismiss the First Amended Complaint that is set for hearing on April 18, 2006; in the event the court denies the motion, Insmed will assert counterclaims against Tercica, as appropriate.""

Lawyers out there, what's your take on that?
