ITP Boulder lease is to be expired in 2008. Inmsed may continue the lease or buy the plant. It is in Insmed 10-K. If Insmed terminates the lease, they will get some credit (2M ?) back from the landlord since Insmed upgraded the plant in 2005. Really don't know what to happen in 2008. All depends upon the cost of making iPlex.
