Correct and there is plenty of sub penny out there, one freaky thing and it could take a dive. I dont think it will looks pretty good at .02 up, my feeling is its pretty clean now and looks real good for a serious up move. Most of the longs now are satisfied with the progress, its not fast enough for some. It will get there.
