Otherwise the huge diluting MM VFIN could not dump any new shares anymore since the ask has already stuck at 0.0001 and no bid (since 10/07) at all unless a group of big hands with huge amount of cash to slap the MM VFIN out of the asks at 0.0001 ~ 0.0002...
