The Aussies will simply do as they are told by the majority shareholder block- which will take place behind the scenes unannounced to the public.
When ready, the public will get an announcement from the Aussies regarding the final stages of preparation to get Radient back in the good graces of the SEC. After that, we will find out who will merge with them.
There is no "pestering" if there is no way to contact them. I don't think any more will ever be heard. The Aussies will either use the assets or sell them and pocket the money. That's the operational mode of Brown and Charter.
