when did Gunther say we will be happy (stock holders) with the 10k, You say he lied, I don't think so. here is a copy of what he said in an PR from March. The quote was "we are very pleased with the outcome" where does he say you will be pleased. perhaps you should learn how to read,

View Systems CEO Gunther Than states, "We will be releasing our financial results for the last year in the next several weeks. We are very pleased with the outcome. View Systems has committed to a budget for the marketing of both products nationally."
