The problem is the SEC doesn't care. Nobody does!! I have 12 stocks all in the red and lying to sell shares. Unfortunately, I learned late not to look at the bull sh!t break out board.... But I read all company comments as well as the puffers on this board and made what I thought were good decisions. From what I can see, they can just lie and steal and nobody cares. In fact many folks here are all to happy to puff newbies up and take their cash right along with the CEOs of the false companies. Tread lightly here cause your on your own here in pinkie land.
