From the filed CC/GNF contract
We all know the jewel case on the CC shelves costs $16.99 and that covers the subscribers first month of membership.
If the packet costs only $16.99, how can CC have anything left that it must send GNF by the 30th of the next month?
It is obvious that the cost to GNF is LESS THAN $16.99 for each in-store packet.
7. COMPENSATION; REPORTS.
7.1 For every GNF Jewel Case sold in the Retail Stores, Circuit Cityshall be entitled to the Revenue Share amount set forth on Exhibit A (the"Revenue Share"). Circuit City shall retain the Revenue Share amount and shall remit the remainder to GNF within thirty (30) days of the end of the month in which such revenue was generated.
