You mean that block from 2007 or something at 50 bucks? Thats obviously just some late filing and the PPS is absolutely wrong. He probably didnt know what to put in or what. But there is no way he bought shares for 50 bucks each, thats clear I guess :-)
I guess he got the year right so its very old history dating back to the very beginning of the company. Not really much relevant to today anyway.
