Twenty-two have been granted licenses . That doesn't mean fitx is 23 , or that there haven't been many more inspected , like fitx , that had deficiencies. There are another 2 growers within 10 miles of Lakeshore, another huge one 18 miles away in Leamington ,another in London. They could very well have been inspected too.
