A combination of: 1) naseba and I know what this is worth; 2) It may be possible to bring in better offers; or, 3) it may be possible to negotiate a collaboration among certain investors that will work out better than accepting any single offer. If JB is right about what's in the ground this is going to grow into a very large operation fairly quickly, so getting the foundations set well is not a trivial matter. In a case like this haste can create future nightmares.

NASEBA is an under contract negotiator. Is it their job to find the worst possible DEAL possible and make the biggest mess out of it all ? Or rather to get the BEST possible doable DEAL, and profit HIGHLY from the closing of same. They close the BEST deal and NASEBA can be in the money for years into the future aswell based on longterm mine performances.

Which do you think is the right reply to above questions? Worst A)? or BEST B)?.
