When any company is initially formed shares are issued to the market the company reaps the benefit of the sale of those shares that are made available for trade ! Once the shares begin trading on said market certainly no money flows back to the company. That should be pretty obvious !
It would be much more productive if current shareholders held ERHC management accountable than digging up 8 year old posts to nit pick about !
