You like that despite the master agreement way back in 2005-6 Lecrone never stopped trying to gain full control? You like that even now Lecrone is holding up the appointment of a 3rd independent member of PDS, has not produced the promised list of MMP licensees to split between Alliancense and the second licensing agent according to a recent filing in bankruptcy court by PTSC? You like that Lecrone has dragged his feet on approving a second licensing company PTSC has identified according to a recent filing by PTSC in bankruptcy court? Theses things were supposed to be settled by the July agreement between PTSC and TPL. Lecrone is using delay and foot dragging at every stage simply to extract a better deal in my opinion.
