Drew Newsom to Vice President of Public and Regulatory Affairs

I have appointed Mr. Drew Newsom to Vice President of Public and Regulatory Affairs.

Mr. Newsom is currently the President, CEO and Managing Director of the Black Acre Group. Mr. Newsom has extensive knowledge in public relations, business development, communications, organizational development, strategy development, regulatory compliance, survey development and analysis, P & L and budget accountability, and crisis management.

Mr. Newsom is well known and respected in political circles, having served as Executive Director of the State of Michigan Republican House caucus, Political Director of the State of Mississippi Republican Party, Inner Circle Director and Campaign Manager of the National Republican Senatorial Committee, and Deputy Director of the Business and Industry Political Education Committee (managing statewide Supreme Court and Appellate Court races).

Mr. Newsom received his Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science (with honors) from Mississippi College, and his Master's degree in Political Management from George Washington University.

so CEO has judgements ( completed lawsuits decided AGAINST )…..tax liens…etc

so INCC by process of LEGAL deduction is…….IN LEGAL soup

Isn't the INCC stock part of his personal assets - INCC doesn't have to be named in the lawsuit or judgement.

So there could be some issues - but INCC shareholders have much more to be concerned about - INCC biggest share selling scheme since SKTO.

IG
