If you only want to "chat" with BMI, why don't you PM him your email address and have a private convo?

As far as service goes, I have 17 games/movies in my queue that are in "high" demand and not available. Also, when I do choose down to something that isn't that popular, it takes a week (7 days) to get my delivery <yawn>.

FYI, this is NOT a bash. However, no matter how much I like a company or want to make $, I will not sugarcoat nor pump it up.
