Depends. Could be a prelude to a pump, if so they probably have been collecting shares for months. Could be true and the company offered them shares to put it out or paid them, or a stock picker group wants it out there and they paid ,or, or, or! Who knows. How do think blogs and stock picking groups make money? Unlikely they just put it out there, out of the goodness of their heart. There is no free lunch (usually):)
