I bet the 32 million shares short have something to do with the PPS.
And in this case, unlike most stocks on Ihub, they're real.

It quite the paradox here, never have I seen a company with this much cash on the books and additional financial backing at their disposal languish sideways for this many months. With so much potential at some point somebody is going to notice.

There was a nice pop of 300,000 shares, someone is buying blocks of this.

Edit: Form 4 just popped, another buy of 5000 shares
