The real question is who is perpetrating the con here?

I , and many others, assert it is the government.

Based on what? Forum rumors?

At the time of the suspension, the company lawyers had the option of filing an injunction in a Fed Court, asking the SEC suspension be reversed. It never happened.

At any time since then upon detecting the grand SEC conspiracy against KMAG, the company lawyers could have filed a lawsuit in a Fed Court. It hasn't happened.

So why hasn't our hero Reid instructed the company lawyers to take immediate legal action against the SEC? After all, the company is suppose to be rolling in huge net profits. Money is said to be no object.

How is it, the only place in the market this conspiracy against KMAG is known, is on a IHUB forum? No legal action against the conspiracy. Not even a PR from Reid claiming the conspiracy exists.

There is no conspiracy. Just a CEO of a grey stock that violated SEC regulations, and got his stock suspended. Advised by his lawyers not to file a Form 10 for a self hanging. Maybe tried to get a 211 filed, with FINRA rejecting it, due to a continued open SEC investigation. No way off the greys. SEC litigation likely to arrive in the coming year. The SEC is currently still working on the backlog from 2011.
